Returns and Refunds Policy

At AIREINO, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item significantly differs from its description

Items must be unused and in original condition whenever possible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is usually 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

After processing or shipment, cancellations may no longer be possible.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Description of the issue
