1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
The item is damaged
The wrong item was received
The item significantly differs from its description
Items must be unused and in original condition whenever possible.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Used products
Personalized/custom items
Clearance or final sale items
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time is usually 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
After processing or shipment, cancellations may no longer be possible.
